Ms. Otis has over twenty years of diverse financial experience focused on investing equity in small businesses. She is a Co-founder and Partner with Lightspring Capital GP, LLC. Her responsibilities include deal sourcing, execution, portfolio monitoring, marketing, investor relations and operations.
Prior to forming Lightspring Capital Partners, Meghan was a Partner with Waveland Investments focused on investing equity in lower middle market companies. Prior to Waveland, Ms. Otis had positions with Goldman Sachs, in a program in Sales and Trading within the FICC Division, as well as with LaSalle Partners.
Meghan is a Member of the Private Equity Women Investor Network (PEWIN), an organization for senior level women in private equity, Young President’s Organization (YPO) and Women Corporate Directors. Meghan also serves on the board of Wintrust Bank.
Meghan received her MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Northwestern University.
