Elizabeth Barna is an Associate at Lightspring Capital Partners. Prior to joining Lightspring, Elizabeth was with PNC Erieview, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on non-control investments. There, she played an active role in new deal underwriting, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to PNC, she interned with Morgan Stanley in the Fixed Income Division.
Elizabeth earned her B.S. in Finance, graduating cum laude with a minor in Economics from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management. While at Case Western, she was also a member of the varsity women’s soccer team.
